Item Title Above Description On Invoices

This is a rabbit hole I go down every year-or-so and the answer is always no but I figured I'd check-in and try again.

Is there any way to have the Item Title appear above the Item Description in an invoice in either Desktop or Online?

Below is an example of what I'm talking about.

Hi mashby-

Yes, you can customize your invoices to have the item name above the description.

In QBO go to Gear Icon>Under Your Company on the Left choose Custom Form Styles>Upper Right hand corner drop down choose Invoice>When the window opens choose Content in the bar between Design and Emails>click the pencil icon on the picture of the invoice to the right in the middle section>Check the box that says Include Description Here under the Product/Service category. It should look about like the picture you posted.

At this time, there’s not a direct way of changing the Description field in QuickBooks Desktop. The good news is, there are third-party applications available that will help you enhance the look of your invoice.

You can send request about adding more flexibility when customizing invoice templates. Your feedback helps our Product Development Team identify the features our customers want most and work toward improving the program.

To send your thoughts and suggestions:

Go to Help at the top menu bar.
Click on Send Feedback Online.
Select Product Suggestion.
Enter your feedback or feature request.

@KatherineV -- Thank you so much! We're on the Desktop version now but we might be moving to QBO next year and this feature could be the tipping point for us making the switch. Great to know that the online version has this feature.
