Thank you for bringing this to our attention, daylem.
I'm here to provide some information about the issue you're having with the Merchant Service Deposits screen, as well as the steps to resolve it.
We've received reports that the Merchant Service Deposit screen never loads any data or keeps spinning. Our product engineers are aware of the issue and are working on a permanent solution.
As a workaround, update your QuickBooks to get the most recent product improvements and apply critical fixes. Let me help and show you how it's done:
- Head to the Help menu at the top bar and choose Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Go to the Update Now tab and tick the Reset Update box to remove previously downloaded releases.
- Click the Get Updates button and select OK to continue.
- Once done, close and reopen your QuickBooks to kick off the installation.
Next, go back to the Merchant Service Deposit screen and get your deposit. If you continue to get the same result, contact our QuickBooks Payments Team to add your company to the list of affected users (NV-77289). You'll receive an email once there's progress on the investigation.
For future reference, you may want to browse this resource to look for answers to some of our commonly asked questions about: QuickBooks Payments. It contains topics about funding status, managing accounts, and transaction processing, to name a few.
