To use the mobile check deposit feature, you’ll need an active QuickBooks Payments account as well as QuickBooks Checking or QuickBooks Money, Ulrbpd.
Once approved, you can deposit checks directly from your device without visiting the bank. This offers a convenient way to handle customer payments while keeping your books up to date.
However, this feature may not be available to all users. If your account is set up for mobile deposit, you will find the Deposit checks option within the Get Money section.
Before you deposit a check, it’s important to confirm:
To deposit your business or personal checks, make sure the check is made out to you or endorsed by you. The check must be issued by a U.S. bank or a bank located in a U.S. territory. Please note that once your mobile deposit is submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
