I'll ensure that the terms will show up on your invoices when you print them.
I take it that those terms are entered on a custom field on your invoice template. It looks like the Print box isn't selected for that field, which is why the text didn't show up when printing.
In this case, we'll want to ensure that the Print option is selected. Here's how to do it:
- Open an invoice form. At the top, click the Edit Current Template option.
- Go to the Fields tab.
- Find the field where the terms are entered.
- Ensure that the Print box is checked.
Now, print your invoice again with the terms showing up.
