Payments for services. I have overstated their accounts and now they do not think they have said balance due.

I'm here to guide you in deleting them, cahale.

You can go to the Sales menu to view and delete the payment you've recorded for that customer. I'll show you how:

1. Select Sales from the sidebar menu.
2. Go to the All Sales tab.
3. Find the appropriate payment, then select it to open the transaction.
4. Click More at the bottom, then choose Delete.
5. Select Yes to confirm the changes.
