Has INV-51527 been fixed yet? Is it even being worked on? I can't image that it takes 4 years to address a bug issue that renders EIR useless.
Hi, @Logical_Karl. Thanks for reaching out and expressing your concerns about INV-51527. I completely understand how frustrating it can be to deal with unresolved issues, and I appreciate your patience.
I want to assure you that our engineering team is aware of the issue and is actively working on a resolution. While I can’t provide a specific timeline for the fix, please know that addressing this matter is a top priority for us.
If you haven't contacted our support team yet, I highly recommend doing so. This will ensure you're on the list of affected users and receive timely updates via email.
Here's how:
Our support hours for Enterprise are available 24/7.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and I'm here to help however I can.
Another absolutely disrespectful, inauthentic, robotic comment.
Stop lying to us. Stop copying and pasting this stupid response. Your team is not "aware of the issue and is actively working on a resolution" because, and I'm going to write this large because no support staff seems to be literate:
This has been broken for FOUR YEARS. EIR does not work for ANY CUSTOMER, on ANY SETUP. Your team broke QuickBooks and is not fixing it or acknowledging the issue whatsoever.
I'm not sure you do understand how frustrating it is. You aren't paying thousands of dollars to use a service every year that doesn't work, and the company continually lies to you that it is getting worked on. It doesn't take four years to resolve a problem that is being actively worked on. Intuit has no financial incentive to fix the problem. They want everyone on QBO.
We have all already contacted QB asked for assistance and have gotten nothing but this absolutely frustrating response. QB rolled out a feature, once that feature was adopted they then proceeded to break the feature. anyone who adopted the feature now has a broken process and Intuit obviously has no intention of fixing it's product, 4 year after introducing the bug. It is really lame that QB either wont fix it, or at least come clean and admit they have no intention of fixing it. Continuing to promise an eventual fix and never delivering is just driving people away from your product.
Oh man - you guys are still dealing with this? I couldn't take it and left already, been a little over a year and couldn't be happier.
Anyone sick of this and other QB issues, just make a change, you won't regret it and by the time you e gotten over any learning curves you won't even remember QB.
Yep - we are in the process of onboarding with a new company and will be done with Intuit in 4 months !!!
This is the issue that convinced our management to do this
We're looking into streamlining our business processes using a QODBC exporter and SmartSuite, then once we're settled make the jump to Odoo. NetSuite looked interesting, but for small business there's no justification for the cost, but hey - at this point I'll do ANYTHING but QuickBooks, literally due to this one fundamental glitch these idiots can't understand.
Odoo is what we are moving to, there are some complications, but we are hoping it will, in the end, be the better choice.
