Join nowI am trying to switch off the ability for customers to make credit card payments in Quickbooks. I have previoulsy set this up with Paypal but want it removed. Is there a way to remove it. I know I can switch off when making invoices, but I can't switch off when making recurring invoices - I can't uncheck the 'Let customer make payments' dot.
This seems too complicated
Please help

To help you with this, you can edit your customer's preferred payment method on their profile instead. Here's how:
You can also reach out to our QuickBooks Payments team to further assist you in turning off the credit card payments.
Then, to help you monitor all your recurring invoices as well as the associated accounts for them, you can open this page: Review your recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Hi @kat-jam -
I'm Drew, I work on the QuickBooks Invoicing team. I saw your post reporting that you were not able to turn off Let Customer Make Payments' in Recurring invoices - it sounds like something we can fix up. I want to investigate this for you and get it fixed- if you get a chance please reply to my DM and I will be happy to help from there!
Thanks,
Drew
