Join nowMy customers are reporting that they can't pay invoices. I did a test on my own computer and on my phone and I have the same results as them.
Instead of showing the invoice and giving payment options it just has a Quickbooks header across the top and an alert that says "Temporarily unavailable."
The invoices have been like this for at least the last two hours, maybe longer.
I noticed there is an ongoing issue. For the time being, utilize this 3rd party payment service as the alternate option to let your customer pay your invoice in due course.

Currently, there's an investigation where some customers are unable to pay their invoices online. Rest assured our engineering team is all hands to fix this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you'll want to delete and recreate the invoice and send it again to your customer. You can also let your customers pay you manually or via an ACH payment.
Also, I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team to be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified via email once this is resolved. Here's how to contact them.
