Buy nowWe are looking to use an upload file to create charge backs to customers on our Quickbooks Enterprise 14 and need some assistance on how to make this work and if there are embedded files already available
What file do you need to upload?
Hello Chrea - appreciate the response - that is what we are trying to figure out.
We have a set of ~100 charges from a different system that we need to load into Quickbooks to create invoices for those allotted customers based on the Customer ID's. If there is a file you would recommend we can test that process out - we are just not sure where to start.
You can prepare your invoice data in XLS or CSV file format with the following template

Your inquiry about importing charge data from another system into QuickBooks is appreciated, Pmarcoux. I've got some information about this process.
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 14 doesn't have a direct option to upload file formats for chargebacks to customers and doesn't have pre-existing templates that could facilitate this process.
However, the program allows importing financial data (such as bank transactions, accountant's changes, and journal entries), bulk operations, and contact lists, depending on your file format. Here are some file formats you can use for the importing process:
For a comprehensive overview of importable items and formats you can use for this process, please refer to this resource: Import and export data in QBDT.
Alternatively, you can check out the Intuit Marketplace to see apps that can help you and start the process of importing this data and creating invoices.
You're always welcome to post here in the Community forum if you have any other concerns about importing transactions to QBDT. We're always available for you.
Chrea - thank you again, would this work with Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop?
Yes. Check the importer tool as I mentioned earlier. If your company is in the US, you can get it for free from a partner. T&C apply.
Thank you AdonL - will be testing out the other provided option for import tool.
