Hi!
I have a client who has been using the vendor download of bills into her QuickBooks.
She has long and extensive bills from a particular vendor that involve many invoices. (We have used this to bill her customer's materials so it has been VERY helpful).
Suddenly on 6/16/21, the feed stopped. She has worked exhaustively with the vendor, but they can't find anything. My client now believes this was part of a recent upgrade from QB because it happened at the same time.
Not sure where to go to reestablish the link.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Thanks for the update, @Michelle_ProAdv. Let me guide you on the next steps you need to take care of your client's download issue.
For the time being, downloading data into QuickBooks Online (QBO) is limited to bank transactions, customers, vendors, accounts, invoices, and products and services information.
Based on your description of the issue above, it seems like your client is downloading their vendor bills using a third-party application that integrates with their QBO account. With this, I encourage reaching out to their app's customer support team. This way, they can investigate if their software has an issue downloading vendor bills to QBO, and guide you with a fix.

Hi there, @Michelle_ProAdv.
I want to ensure I understand your concern correctly.
Are you referring to the vendor bills from a third-party app? If so, I suggest reaching out to their customer support team. This way, they can check if they had an issue downloading the vendor bills to QuickBooks Online (QBO). And they can also provide some information on how to fix it.
However, if you're referring to bank transactions that aren't downloading, let's manually update your client's bank account to get the latest transactions. Here's how:
I'm adding this article for more guidance: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Hi Mark_R,
Thank you for your suggestions.
It is incoming from a Vendor to QB, downloading their bills. The funny thing is they don't have a problem on their end (vendor). Vendor receives no error, nothing. Looks like it works, same as always.
The download has always worked without a problem and vendor has had no changes. The only changes were the recent QB update, which I can't imagine has caused this. We're puzzled.
Ideas?

Using a private browser or incognito window will help eliminate any glitches or errors that may be occurring in the system. Here's how depending on your browser session:
If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. This will allow QuickBooks to load as a fresh new page.
Let me know how this goes for you. If you need to come back and let me dig a little further, we'll do so. I'm here to make sure that you're able to get back to running your business and the product is entering your information. Bye for now!
Hi Candice C,
Thank you for the below reply.
We tried the incognito, downloaded vendor invoices again & still got nothing:(
Hope you have another idea? Ready to try.
Thanks for your help!
