Thank you for reaching back out and, in such a timely matter, LynneG1. I want to believe that there might be a disconnect between your Bill.com and QuickBooks Online. Luckily, I found a few articles on Bill.com that explains how to troubleshoot sync issues.
In the event that those articles don't resolve the issue, it would be best to contact the Bill.com's team to see why the payments aren't syncing with QBO.
