When connecting to QB Payments from external application, I receive an error and the card is not being tokenized.

When trying to connect to QB Payments, I am getting Risk Decision is DECLINED

I don't believe these apply to me. I have setup the QB company as a chocolates manufacturer so the merchant or products/services should not be considered a risk. I am the primary account owner and have a good credit history and high credit score.
