Welcome to the Community, Ksoldautos. We appreciate you for raising your concern in this forum. The product you're using and payment type determine when your funds will be deposited into your account. I'll discuss it more below.
Please know that your first set of payments will be deposited within five (5) business days, which is taking a bit longer as we're setting up your account. Subsequent transactions will be deposited much faster within two (2) business days.
Standard deposits are processed every day, excluding Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Instant Deposits, on the other hand, are processed every day without exception.
To check the processing time of each deposit and their status, you can proceed to these steps:
- Log in to the Merchant Service Center.
- Click the Activity & Reports tab and then the Transactions or Deposit tab.

- Locate the transaction and review its corresponding information.
If there's an issue, you'll see Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned in the Status column. To view the details, click the Arrow icon in the Fee column. You'll also receive an email containing instructions for resolution regarding this matter, so I recommend checking your Inbox or spam/junk folder.
For successful deposits, the status will be Funded. If the amount is not yet in your account, you'll need to contact your bank. For more information, refer to Step 3 in this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
