Recieving payments

I have been using QB for several years but I cannot get "Recieve Payments" to accept the entry. The program will allow me to establish the type of payment etc. but the "Save" tab is blocked. WHY?Recieving payments

No. Now I cannot invoice my customers. It's the same issue. When I try to save the invoice the "SAVE" tab is not illuminated. A message error pops up "Job field cannot be blank". I've not changed any settings.

Before proceeding, please note that the error message you received suggests that you’re attempting to save a transaction with a required field left blank. I recommend double-checking all required fields to ensure they’re completed before saving.
 

If you’ve confirmed all required fields are filled but still encounter the error, I suggest contacting our Live Support team. They have the necessary tools to investigate the issue further and provide accurate updates.
 

Here’s how to reach them:
 

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us. This will open the Help window.
    Tip: You can also press Command + ? on your keyboard to open the Help window.
  3. Use the Search questions, keywords, or topics field to enter your query. A list of related articles will appear.
