Recurring payments error

Recurring payments won't update for the last 24 hours...just shows message Could not update payment method. Please try again later. Yes, I've tried rebooting, multiple browsers and inside/outside of QB desktop

I appreciate you for performing troubleshooting steps it seems the issue persists allow me to route you in the right direction for support.

 

I'd recommend reaching out to our customer care team. This way, they can review your account in a safe and secure environment and find the root cause of this issue. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Provide a brief description, then select Continue.
  5. Select to chat with us or Have us call you.

Unfortunately there isn't any customer support on Sundays and likely not on New Years Day...
