Reminder to get two signatures

Does Quickbooks have any way to pop up a reminder that two signatures are required for checks over a certain amount, such as $5000? Anything under, one signature; $5000 or more, two signatures.

Also, I appreciate the details you shared. Your idea and opinion matter to us. As of now, we're unable to set a reminder to get two signatures on checks.

Reminder to get two signatures

Hi @Townley1,

 

Thanks for the question; I'd like to get some further context.  Are you referring to getting multiple signatures when your company is writing checks to a vendor, or are you talking about for payments processing?  Is the idea to have multiple officers sign off on expenses that are over $5K?

Reminder to get two signatures

The idea is to get a reminder for me that the check that i am issuing for my non-profit is over the threshold of $4,999.99 and will require two signatures before I mail it out. I sometimes forget, so an automatic reminder would be helpful.

Reminder to get two signatures

The idea is to have an automatic reminder for me to get two signatures on the checks that I am issuing to vendors that over the threshold amount of $4,999.99. Sometimes I forget and just print out the checks and mail them without the required second signature. I should be able to remember, but sometimes I don't.
