If a card is on file and does not get charged (for expired date, inaccurate credit card number, etc.) and we update the information the day the card was supposed to be processed. Will the card be charged that same day still or will we have to charge it manually?

Typically, when you update the card before the settlement time which is 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time or 6:00 PM Eastern Time, the credit card should be charged automatically. However, if the charge didn't go through on the updated CC, I'd recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Payments Support so they can help check the status of your payment.
