Resubscription higher rate

I wasn't able to change my subscription payment in time and my auto renew rate went from $215 to $270/yr.  This hurts!  My practice is struggling right now with all of the COVID19 cases and cancelations happening.  Is there a way I can resubscribe back to the $215/yr rate?

Resubscription higher rate

I contacted Customer Support and it seems nothing has changed even though they stated that they were going to help me with getting a refund and get my rate changed back to the lower rate I had.

What else can I do?

Resubscription higher rate

I chatted with Customer service on Monday, 01/18/21 and they said they would help me adjust my rate, yet nothing has changed on my account nor did I receive the a refund for the difference this year to put my account back to the original rate I had.  What can i do?  It seems the auto response I received, when I tried to reply to their email to me, does not recognize my case number they had issued.  What happened?  I need to go back and have another chat.

I want to make sure your billing concerns are recognized, kgacuwell.

Since I'm unable to pull up your account here in the Community forum, I recommend getting back in touch with our chat support team. They can recognize the case number based on your contact history.
