It's good to see you here in the Community, @Lee82.
I can share some information on why your deposit is on hold.
Usually, we ask for more info so we can complete our review within 2 business days. I'd suggest following every step in the email as soon as possible. This way, we can finish processing the payment after the review.
Also, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Team if you need more help resolving the hold status (or if you haven't received an email yet). They'll pull up your account securely and process the necessary documents to release the funds.

I appreciate you for coming back to the thread and adding extra details about your concern, Lee82. This isn't the kind of experience I want you to feel about a deposit that was on hold. Please know that we aim to address an issue as soon as possible. With this, I'll ensure you'll be routed to the right place where you can see various updates about holding funds.
I encourage visiting the Resolution Center, where the team will be sending updates. The Resolution Center is the best place or a way for merchants to check the status of a transaction's risk hold and upload documents that have been requested.
