There is no actual "Risk Department"

An agent confided in me that in fact, there is no physical, actual "Risk Department", rather, it's an outdated, overloaded algorithm designed to analyze potential risk categories for transaction patterns, and then withhold funds without cause or explanation, for nearly up up to a year - no explanation or resolve - the customer is expendable and disposable to this family of companies and products.

I am personally at a loss of under 10K, but we're approaching 90 days since they took my client's money, and refuse to release or return it. My vendors needed to be paid. The irony is Intuit has already charged their processing fees, and is now earning interest on both the withheld amounts, and their vig from the transaction fees.  This cannot be legal.

I suspect a class action suit is in the works looming large.

One VERY dissatisfied customer.

There is no actual "Risk Department"

There are multiple threads that talk about class action lawsuits.  I, for one, hope it happens.

@MarkAngeloG   and ANY other Intuit/ QB employee that decides to respond, It is insulting that you all keep telling your customers to contact "Support", even after your are told that WE HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THEM, and not received help.  You guys need a new answer.  That one is getting REALLY old.
