Transfer Quickbooks Self-Employed payments to Quickbooks Online

I hired an employee, so I moved from Quickbooks Self-Employed to Quickbooks Online to facilitate payroll, and I am really riding the struggle bus. I sent my last invoices of 2021 from Self-Employed, so my clients would recognize them, and they almost all pay through Quickbooks, but I cannot figure out how to enter their payments into Quickbooks Online, since they went straight to Quickbooks Self-Employed.

It only takes a few easy steps to enter these invoice payments (customer payments) into your QuickBooks Online account. Review this guide for more details and instructions: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

I also recommend contacting our Merchant Services department so they can get that switched over to your QuickBooks Online account or set you up a new account. This will allow your customer payments to go straight to your QBO account.

Thanks for your advice. I just added the payments I received as sales receipts, since I had already sent invoices via Quickbooks Self-Employed. My plan is to pay my quarterly taxes based on the estimate on Self-Employed, and then I'll fully switch over to Online.
