Unprotected and Disappointed!!

I am writing this to express my profound dissatisfaction with QuickBooks Merchant Services and the lack of protection they provided during a critical time for my business. Recently, I found myself the victim of a fraudulent act when a client reversed his payments through QuickBooks. This was not just a minor inconvenience; it was a significant financial blow, with tens of thousands of dollars stolen from me.

 

The aftermath of this incident was just as distressing. My QuickBooks account was closed without warning, disrupting my business operations and finance management. When I finally regained access and received a payment from a client, QuickBooks retained the payment and then proceeded to close my merchant account.

 

I took the necessary steps to prove that I was the victim of fraud, demonstrating that the reversed transactions were not my responsibility. Despite this, I was left to deal with the repercussions on my own, with no support from QuickBooks. The situation has left me feeling very unprotected and questioning the reliability of their services.

 

To other businesses considering QuickBooks, I urge you to think carefully about the level of security and support you expect. My experience has shown that when trouble arises, you may find yourself alone, navigating through a financial storm with no lifeline in sight.
