users out of sync

The user list when I access Intuit GoPayment app on my phone shows no users.  When I access the user list when on my computer it reflects users.  How do I get them to get in sync.  I already used the sync function and it did not correct the problem.

I also removed the app from my phone and reloaded and no change.

Great thinking trying the manual sync and uninstalling/reinstalling the app. That's typically the first troubleshooting steps we recommend for this type of issue. 

 

The next thing I'd like to suggest would be to run updates on your mobile device. Sometimes, if your device isn't up to date, it can cause issues with the GoPayment app. Such as not seeing your users listed. I've included some steps below to update your mobile device below. 

 

Apple device:

 

Launch your App Store, then select Updates.

  1. Click on Settings, then General.
  2. Tap Software Update

To download and install (OS) updates:

 

The support website of your device’s manufacturer has steps to help you.

  1. Hit Settings, then General.
  2. Tap Software Update.

Android

  1. Tap Settings, then About device.
  2. Click on Update, then Check for Updates.
  3. Select Install.

To download and install (OS) updates:

 

Again, the support website of your device’s manufacturer has steps to help you.

  1. Click Settings, then About device.
  2. Tap Update, then Check for Updates.
  3. Select Install.

 

Once the update has been completed, please check your app and see if your users are listed.

I appreciate the response but when I look at the App store I do not find a place to request updates.

 

I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Intuit support yesterday.  Their answer was to remove all users and add them back again from my phone.  I advised that I had one user that I had just added the day before via my phone and he did not appear on my app either.  Me as administrator does not appear either.  I don't see how deleting them will fix anything.  I added myself again under a different email address, and still no users show on the app.

 

I received a call back from someone there and when I call back, I get a recording that says my call is valuable to them, and after a few minutes, Goodbye.  Four times this has happened.  I can not get thru to Brian who left me the message.  

 

I am so frustrated with Intuit!!!
