I cannot get the feature for adding variables to bill or invoice approval email notifications to work in Online Advanced. I am able to add the variables in email notifications for most other workflows, just not for approval workflows. I have tried using both Chrome and Edge and have cleared my cache and cookies several times. When I type #, the options pop up, but nothing happens when I select a variable other than the # sign being added to the email (and nothing else). I found one other thread about this but no resolution.
