@trumanwelds  Depends on the details of your situation.

Generally, one to five days.

Could be up to 270 days in the worst case.

The timeframe for processing payments varies based on the method used, welds. Credit card payments will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days. On the other hand, ACH bank transfers 2 to 7 business days to process. I'll provide additional details for clarification.

If you are a new user setting up a merchant account, please note the payment processing setup may require up to 5 business days to complete. After the setup is finalized, you will be informed through a confirmation email that your account is fully functional and equipped to handle payments at the usual processing speed.

Also, payments processed before 3 PM PT will get deposited the next business day, while those after 3 PM PT will take two business days.

If you want to see the process or check your current deposit speed, please refer to this article for details: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
