Where to get Inuit Merchant Services VAR Sheet - "Value Added Re-seller"

Glad to have you here in the Community, @MistAwayCR

Let's get you to the right support with obtaining the VAR sheet for your QuickBooks Payments account.

A Value Added Re-seller (VAR) sheet is provided by the Merchant Services Provider (MSP) which includes credentials that link to the bank. It will include details on transferring funds from bank to bank. It usually contains Merchant ID, Terminal ID, and other generated information to help process your transactions.

To get it, you'll need the assistance of our Merchant Services Care Team, as this is a public forum. This way, they'll be able to generate the VAR sheet for you. Here's how to reach out to them:

  1. Go to https://community.intuit.com/browse/payments-contact-us.
  2. Get the phone number from your chosen Payments product.

Since you're new to QuickBooks Payments, you can first go to this link: https://community.intuit.com/products/quickbooks-payments-help-en-us. From there, you can choose your Payments version and you'll be routed to a one-stop hub article to help you get started.

Stay in touch with me how the call goes on your end, @MistAwayCR. I'm just one comment away to help you out. Take care always!

Where to get Inuit Merchant Services VAR Sheet - "Value Added Re-seller"

Did you figure it out?  I have been trying all afternoon... customer service chat has no clue, said to ask for call.  Get phone call, says transferring to merchant services, they have no clue and say I need to go to developer.intuit.com --- well in their articles, one says they don't do VAR sheets and sends back to merchant services.... about to just get another processor like Stripe -- beyond frustrated

Allow me to share additional insights, @ChrisaLin.

The VAR Sheet setup is not yet available for QuickBooks Online. I understand the importance of the availability of the feature and hoping that this will be available soon. To stay current with the QuickBooks news and updates, feel free to visit our blog.

Post again if you have any other questions. I'm a post away to help. Have a good day!

I have exactly the same issue. I need VAR information for authorize.net connection and contacted customer service. They did not know anything about VAR sheet and asked me to contact developer.intuite.com. Is the VAR sheet set up still not available for QB payments?

Hello there, SKim2.

We have a separate and dedicated forum that handles configuration concerns for QBO. This is where developers and business people like you discuss codes and programming concerns. I'd suggest getting an account set up and/or posting your question from there. This way, our developers can provide you with an accurate resolution and help you complete your task. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Intuit Developer page.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online under What do you need help with?
  3. Click Ask a Question.
  4. Log into your existing Intuit Developer Account or create a new one.
  5. Enter your concern.
  6. Click Ask.

Also, you may want to check out some helpful Sandbox topics on the Intuit Developer page as your reference in managing your company with QuickBooks. You can do this by going to the API Docs & Tools menu, selecting QuickBooks Online, and choosing Sandbox.

You can count me in if you have other concerns or inquiries about managing your business's growth using QBO.
