Why am I no longer receiving notification of payment received from Quickbooks

Hi there, Ford.

I'll provide information on how you can receive payment notifications from QuickBooks Merchant Services.

You'll want to follow these troubleshooting steps when you aren't receiving any email notifications from QuickBooks Payments. The first is to check your email folders:

  1. Open your email and check your Spam or Junk folder.
  2. If it's there, move the email to your Inbox. If it's not, go through the next set of steps.

Add the Merchant Services email provider to your contacts to ensure that you'll receive emails from QuickBooks Payments. Here's how:

  1. Add these email addresses to your safe sender list:
    • BusinessServices@intuit.com
    • Payments@intuit.com
    • Notification@email.merchantcenter.intuit.com
    • PaymentNotification@email.paymentsolutions.intuit.com
    • ReplyTo@QBDT.intuit.com
    • do_not_reply@intuit.com
    • quickbooks@notification.intuit.com

Then, send a test email to any of the provided email addresses. This helps your internet service provider or domain provider recognize it as a friendly contact.

If doing the steps above still doesn't work, proceed to step 3 of this article: Unable to receive Intuit email from QuickBooks Payments.

However, I suggest contacting our Payments Support Team if the issue persists. They have the tool to securely look into your account and investigate why you're not receiving payment notifications.

Moreover, you can check this article for steps to turn on or off the email notification for recurring payments: Turn on or off Customer Notification Emails for Recurring Payments.

Feel free to reply to this thread if you have any other questions besides receiving payment notifications. We're always around to help. Keep safe!

Why am I no longer receiving notification of payment received from Quickbooks

I am new to blogs.  I don't know how to start a new question, but maybe someone can help me.  I accept payments with credit cards.  There are charges placed on my bank account fot the transaction fees.  I don't receive any invoice or debit advise to back up my records.  Is it possible to get something other than a line item on my bank statement?

Why am I no longer receiving notification of payment received from Quickbooks

I have used Qbo for 6 years.  On July 28th I stopped receiving Payment Notification emails when a customer pays online via ACH.  I still receive them when I get a credit card payment, just no ACH.  I have a group "sales" email address setup that should be receiving these emails.  I called Qbo support 2X for an hour and they were unable to assist.  Any ideas?
