I'm here to share some information about the recent changes with payments.
Yes, you're correct. There has been a recent change to this policy. The 2-day and 5-day funding pricing plans are no longer being offered and merchants are moved to the next-day funding advantage. However, you can request a rate review to see if you qualify for a favorable plan.
Merchants were notified of this change by email and in-product notifications. Affected merchants were notified last February 8, 2021, with the change taking effect on March 10, 2021. You can review and check your email with the said dates.
I'd also encourage you to contact our Payments Support team for the Request. From there, they have tools to pull up your account and get your feedback to attach it to the recent update.
