If you are new to QuickBooks Payments, the initial payments may take longer (up to 5 business days) as we finalize your account setup.
 
You can also verify the status of the payment in the Merchant Service Center.
 
Here's how:
 
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
 
- Select Transactions.
 
- In the METHOD column, check the status of your deposit.
 
 
Since it has already been a week, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team. They can check your account further and provide more specific guidance to help you access your funds.
 
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
 
- Select Help.    
 
- You can use the QB Assistant or the Search tab and enter a keyword or topic.
 
- Select Contact us to be connected to an expert for help.
