Once your invoice is paid, the statuses available in the invoice activity are Opened, Sent, and Paid. On the other hand, if the invoice is unpaid, the statuses available in the invoice activity are Opened, Sent, Viewed, and Paid.
If the invoice is still unpaid, let's troubleshoot your browser to isolate if this is a cache-related issue. Please log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on an incognito or private browser window using these keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Then, check if the viewed invoice will reflect as Viewed on the invoice page. If it does, clear your browser's cache to remove specific issues and help the program run efficiently. Also, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.
