Hello, @jesse-threesdesi.
When you use the This pay period filter, QuickBooks populate the timesheet or time entry based on the date the work was performed.
Moreover, since the timesheet is not showing on your end, let's perform the basic browser troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. It also helps to improve and speed up your browser's performance.
First, you'll want to restart your browser. Then, try exporting the custom reports in a private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If you can see the data when you export the report as PDF or Excel on the private browser, go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser.
To pay contractors by direct deposit, see this article as a future reference: Set up and manage direct deposit for your contractors.
