- Delete the time entry you recently unapproved from QBO.

After that, you'll need to approve the time entry and export it to QBO. Here's how:
- On the left menu, go to Approvals.
- Select the time entry you recently created and click Approve.
- Click the QuickBooks Payroll button on the top menu and select Export Approved Time.
