Yes, you can submit and approve timesheets for a partial week in QuickBooks Time, Jack. I'd be glad to help you.

You can enter the hours worked for each day up until the end of April, and then submit or approve those hours accordingly. Make sure that team members have permission to submit their time for approval.

In QuickBooks Online

  1. Navigate to Time and then click on Time entries.
  2. If Display by is set to Date, select Approvals. Or, set Display to All workers to approve time.
  3. Choose the date range and in the Status dropdown, select Unapproved.
  4. To review timesheets, click on the name of the team member whose timesheets you want to review.
  5. Ensure all information is accurate, then click on Approve time followed by Approve and Lock time.

In QuickBooks Time

  1. Go to Approvals.
    • If you want to change the total hours worked format from decimal to HH: MM (hours and minutes), select HH: MM.
  2. Select the report dates, and team members, and then click on Run Report.
  3. Choose either Select all unapproved or select individual team members.
  4. Click on Approve Selected.
  5. Select on Approve next to the team member's name individually.

I've added this article to learn more about how to set up time off for your team members and manage their time off requests: Approve and manage time off entries for team members for QuickBooks Time.
