Hello there, ELA. When you invite your employees to Workforce, they need to accept the invitation and create their own Intuit account to access their pay stubs. I'll provide various reasons why they might be unable to view it and check if something has been overlooked.
If your employees have a QuickBooks Workforce account linked to another employer, they need to provide you with the same email address. Additionally, if they have access to QuickBooks Online, we recommend using a different email for their QuickBooks Workforce account.
Once they accept your invitation, your employees might not find their pay stubs in QuickBooks Workforce for several reasons. Common issues include transitions between different payroll services or the distribution of late/backdated paychecks. If none of the abovementioned relates to your case, I recommend advising your employee to refresh or clear their app's data. This process will help eliminate any issues so the program runs smoothly.

- Open your Settings, then tap General.
- Tap iPhone Storage. Choose the QuickBooks app.
- Click Offload App.
