in QB Time, can employees submit a single day (because today is the 31st our billing cycle ends on Monday of the week).

As shared by my colleague above, employees are required to submit time entries for a whole week. Thus, as the employer handling their time entries, you're also obliged to process approvals per week. It is working as designed in the QuickBooks Time program.

Employees are typically unable to submit their time entries for just one day. Instead, they are required to submit their entries for a whole week. It is because the pay period does not end every month.

But if I'm not mistaken, can I approve a day at a time? Reason being, I'd like to start my billing process before the end of this week.
