Quickbooks Time certificate Revoked

Hi there, Stephen.

I appreciate you reaching out to us regarding the issue you encountered with your QuickBooks Time certificate being revoked. We understand the importance of having a seamless integration.

This issue typically occurs when the digital certificate of QuickBooks Web Connector expires while attempting to synchronize QuickBooks with a third-party application. I'm here to share some troubleshooting steps.

  1. Update all versions of QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
  2. Select the your version to download the QBWebConnector.exe. If you have more than one version installed, select the download for the latest version.
  3. Close all versions of QuickBooks completely.
    • Press CTRL, ALT and Delete on your keyboard at the same time.
    • Select Task Manager.
    • Make sure QBW.exe, QBW32.exe, and QBWebconnector.exe aren't running.

See this article for more details: How to fix the error QuickBooks - Application with Revoked Certificate

I've added this article for future reference: Setup and use QuickBooks Desktop for Windows and QuickBooks Time integration.

Let me know if you need help with anything or have other concerns about managing your accounts. I'd be glad to help. Keep safe, and enjoy your day!
