QuickBooks Timesheet not loading

Is anyone else having issues logging into QuickBooks Time?? We're getting emails from employees that when they log in, they're getting the endless green loading circle, or they get logged in but get the loading error when clicking on 'Weekly Time'

But according to Intuit, all systems are fine.

Okay- I'm glad we're not the only ones. Been on the phone for over an hour, and they just keep passing me from customer representative to customer representative with no help.

Thanks for reaching out Jaime, and I appreciate you providing a screenshot of your concern. I can imagine how important it is to receive timely and effective support when you need it. Don't worry, I'm here to ensure we'll get this sorted out.

It seems like you may have some browser issues going on, such as bad cache. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time, these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your weekly timesheets not working. Allow me to provide some troubleshooting steps to rectify this.

Let's start by logging into your QuickBooks account using an incognito window. You can also use other supported browsers to learn what browsers need for the best experience when using QuickBooks. You can use these shortcut keys to access a private window:

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

After signing in, click on weekly time again to see if it opens. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.

Moreover, I've added this article to learn how to track and manage your employees' timesheets: Track and manage QuickBooks Time in QuickBooks Online.

I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you. Let me know how it goes. Just leave a comment below, and I'll get back to you.

QuickBooks Timesheet not loading

Hi Nicole

I tried accessing the weekly timesheet page in QB online in an incognito window, but the page still acted the same way.  The page appears unresponsive when I click on "weekly."  If I reload the page that gives the options of "weekly" "Single activity", etc, I get the eternally spinning green dots.

Hi Nicole, thank you for your response. I was on the phone with a representative, and they gave the same solution. It's not the cache because it's happening to multiple users, not just my account; if it was just my account that was the issue, the cache and cookies could potentially be a solution, but not when it's across multiple users since the cache is individual to each computer.

Just to be sure, we cleared the cache and browsing history- still the same loading error. We tried logging in on multiple browsers (regular and incognito/private mode) and are still having the same issue.
