Adding billable hours from TSheets to an invoice in QBO

We use TSheets to track our employees' billable time.  I would like to add the billable hours to each customer's invoice.  Am I only able to add billable hours from timesheets that have been approved?  We invoice every day but don't want to have to approve time cards every day.

Yes, you’re right, @allisonnelson318. Only approved billable hours from TSheets will be added to your QuickBooks invoices.


In the meantime, you may consider approving all time cards you have entered to keep your billable hours organized.
