A report that compares scheduled hours to actual time clocked In & clocked out in QuickBooks Time (QB Time) is unavailable, @SusanHWA. However, I have a workaround you could use to still achieve your goal.
You can pull up the Scheduled vs. Worked and Timesheet Log reports. Then, export them to Excel so you can manually compare them from there. I'll show you how.
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Select Schedule Reports and choose Scheduled vs. Worked.
- Customize the report period and click Run Report.
- Then, hit Download .csv button to export.
To pull up timesheet report, click again the Reports menu, click Logging and Auditing and select Timesheet Log. Then, choose report dates and Download CSV.
