Hello there, @JbVer2023. Let me address your concern about managing your employees.
In QuickBooks Time, we have the option to Archive an employee. Once you do so, timesheets will be preserved and can be viewed for reporting. However, all other settings and customer assignments will be lost, such as Maps for this person.
Once ready, here's how:
- Go to My Team.
- Next to the team member's name, select More ⋮.
- Select Archive, then Confirm.
