We can only track and manage time for your crew after your admin assigns you as a manager of a group and you’ve signed in on the web dashboard. Here's how:
- Go to Time Entries and select Timesheets,
- Click Add Time.
- Enter the team member's username, and select Currently working.
- Fill out any other needed fields, then press Save.
- Repeat for each team member.

If you need to create a shift schedule for QuickBooks Time, follow the instructions below:
- In QuickBooks Online, go to Time and choose Time team.
- Select Schedule.
- Choose inside a cell.
- Click Actions, then Add Shift.
- Enter the items in the shift editor window. All are optional except the start date and start and end times.
- Do one of the following:
- Save Draft: This saves the shift without publishing it to the assigned team members' calendars. It will be displayed in white on the calendar.
- Publish: Assigns the shift to team member and manager calendars. Published shifts are displayed in their selected color.
