We understand the importance of tracking your employees in QuickBooks Time.
There is an ongoing investigation into the same issue stated above about the missing location and the greyed-out option of any GPS information with QuickBooks Time. With this, we recommend contacting our Support Team so they can add you to the list of affected users to get updates and fixes once available.

Additionally, While we are working on this resolution, if your Workforce application is not using the newer time tracking experience please enable this by going to the More section of your app, then to Settings, then to General, and under the Track Time section please enable the New Time Tracking experience.
