Welcome aboard to the Community space. I'm here to share information about the data you need regarding the employee hours in QuickBooks.
The closest report you can run without going to the project is the Time Activities by Employee Detail report. You can filter your data to show the projects, hours, class/location, and other information.
Here's how:
- On the left navigation bar, click Reports.
- Select Time Activities by Employee Detail.
- Set the date range.
- Click the small Gear icon within the report to add or hide columns.
- Click Customize.
- Filter the project if necessary.
- Hit Run report.
