We are a company in Spain that is subscribed to Time in the USA because this product is not available in Europe. I wish to add a subscription for an associate company but am unable to do so because the address options only allow US states.
Our current subscription has a Spanish address. I spent an hour with "customer service" trying to get this resolved but gave up after I was transferred to another department for the 5 th time.
Please help!

When you purchase and set up the US version of QuickBooks Time, the system will only allow you to enter an address in the United States. Using another region is currently not possible, thus you have to use the right address that QuickBooks accepts.
On the other hand, I suggest reviewing the address being used in your current subscription. This is to further verify the info entered in your company information.

Thank you for your reply, However if what you are saying is correct why does our current subscription to Time (US) have a Spanish Address. All I want to do is add another subscription to this for an associate company.

Unfortunately this does not help. We are a Spanish company that already has a Spanish account with Quickbooks Time USA : See screenshot and Invoice attached,
All we want is another subscription for an associate company with the same billing details. We cannot use a USA address.
