Quickbooks Time Log out issue

We are experiencing an issue with Quickbooks time.. users that are already logged in - need to log out - says they arent logged out.. they need to log back in again.. then cog out to clock out.. See video referenced.. how can this be fixed.. is there a fix?  This does not happen every time.  But is not correct.  Please advise.

Normally, the QuickBooks Workforce app should not prompt you to log back in once you have clocked out. This process is designed to be straightforward to prevent any disruptions to your workflow. There might be several reasons for this, such as an outdated app version or temporary glitches. 

 

I suggest the following actions to help you resolve this. Ensure that your QuickBooks Workforce app is always updated to the latest version to benefit from the latest fixes and performance improvements. You can update your app via the Google Play Store for Android devices or the Apple App Store for iOS devices. After this, report the problem and upload device logs:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Workforce.
  2. Select More, then Settings, and select Help & Support, then Upload device logs.
  3. Enter a Description of the issue, then select the camera icon to upload any images that may provide context.
  4. Select Upload.

 

Once you've submitted the device log, please contact our support team. Provide them with a detailed description of the issue and ask for your case number associated with the log. This will help expedite the troubleshooting process.

Thank you for this detail - I should of mentioned however this is for Quickbooks Time Kiosk version -

 

All of my employees are on this  in our breakroom.. The is where the issue occurs.. has this instance been seen with others using the Kiosk version of QB TIme?

While instances of similar issues haven't come to our notice at the moment, the process should indeed be straightforward. The clocking out process with QuickBooks Time Kiosk does not require your employees to clock in or sign in again in order to clock out from their shift. They only need to enter their PIN and select Clock out to complete the process.
