Buy nowI am writing to request a detail of filing a W-2 C and W-3 C for the year 2023 and also I didn't run my payroll on QuickBooks any product the payroll run on a payroll service provide (ADP) so can I able to buy specific subscription of QuickBooks to just file W-2 C and W-3 C for the year 2023?
You can no longer file W2 and W3 corrected forms for 2023 regardless of the product you're going to subscribe in QuickBooks, Zohaib. Let me explain further in detail below.
Currently, QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop can no longer file for Wage and Tax Statements for 2023. It's important to take note that QuickBooks' ability to handle W2 and W3 forms is limited to the current and prior year only. However, you can still file your corrected forms for W-2 and W-3 by submitting them directly to the IRS website. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will grant extensions to file Forms W-2 only in limited exceptional conditions, such as natural disasters or other significant uncontrollable events that impair your ability to file on time.
Despite these limitations, the QuickBooks Payroll platform remains a robust solution for managing payroll requirements. It has supported corrections for past years and seamlessly integrates with IRS services, making the process more manageable even when dealing with complex scenarios or large-scale operations.

@Zohaib Bahadur Unless you have money to burn, I would not recommend buying QB just to get a W-2C going.

Here is a link to a fillable version of the W-2C.

Here is a link to a non-fillable version of the W-3C, should you actually need it.
Use your original W-2s and your corrected information to fill it in manually; it's a straightforward enough process.
Then, you can just mail it out to the indicated address in the linked instructions on page 1.
