Join nowIs anyone else seeing a blank screen under Time? I have a whole week's worth of hours logged for last week and I need to invoice my client on Monday.
Hello there, @snancyiv. I have a solution to help you fix the blank beta page issue so that you can get back on track.
Sometimes, local internet cache files stored in the system can cause unexpected behavior in the product. This can be why you're unable to see the invoice from the Time window.
Let me share with you some basic troubleshooting steps to do this immediately.
To start, use a private browser to access your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. It is also called InPrivate in Internet Explorer and Incognito mode in Google Chrome. If you can see the beta page, let's clear the cache in your web browser or try using a different supported browser. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you're using.
I've included some resources that you can visit about some How to do I questions in QBSE for your future reference:

I did all of this and it's still not working. Not even in mobile browser. Is this some bug or glitch? Can this be fixed soon?
