Tracking employee time with multiple state requirements

With Quickbooks Time, can a company round to different time increments based upon state requirements?  For example, Texas employees round to the nearest 15 minutes while Illinois employees must round to the nearest 10 minutes.  Can company with Quickbooks Time allow Texas employees to round to 15 minutes and allow Illinois employees round to 10 minutes OR must all employees of the company use the same rounding rules?

Tracking employee time with multiple state requirements

Hi, @TXKANFARM. I appreciate you taking the time to explore time rounding options for your team.

In QuickBooks Time, timesheet rounding settings are generally applied at the company or location level, not individually by employee or state. This means you cannot set different rounding rules specifically for employees based on the state they live in within the same account.

If you need to apply separate rules for each state, one option would be to use separate QuickBooks Time accounts to configure locations with distinct settings.

Additionally, you might want to visit this article for more information on Time Clock Rounding Rules & Guide.
