Managing data changes must be made in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, Ahmed. Let me explain this further.
Since your QBO account is integrated with QuickBooks Workforce (QBTime), creating or updating employee profile emails is accomplished in the online program and synced to your TSheets account. This process requires proper mapping of the information from QuickBooks Online to QBTime.
Thus, I suggest updating their email address from the main hub (QBO) and following the mapping procedure through this link: Integrate QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online.
Here's how to update the information directly from the employee's profile in QuickBooks:
- From the left menu go to Payroll and choose Employees.
- Find and select the employee's name to open the employee profile.
- Within the Personal info section, click on Edit.
- From there you can enter the employee's updated email address.
Once done, these changes are updated or imported to QBTime.
In addition to that, you can review the Sync Log report to verify the data being imported or check any errors after syncing. I've included a screenshot for reference.
