It's accurate to pull up the Tardies report and tick the Include Absences box. Then, Download .csv. This way, you can modify and filter out the tardy data and only show absences outside QB Time.

Another way around this is to look for a third-party application that can link to QB Time and generate a report that only shows the absences. Here's how:
- In the left navigation, select Feature Add-ons.
- Choose the Manage Add-ons option.

- Enter a keyword that specifies the function of the third party you want to find in the Search field section.

Please know that a report showing absence data including the excused and unexcused is unavailable in QuickBooks Time.
